Commentary
A high-class belt drive type player developed for enthusiasts and tailored to their taste.
The turntable has an inertial mass of 300 kg ・ cm finished with high precision by feeding back the deviation of dynamic balance to the mold.2Zinc alloy turntable is adopted.
In addition, the motor uses an AC servo motor with smooth rotation and no cocking.
Yamaha's original double float suspension is used.
The motor is raised against a rugged cabinet or player panel, and the turntable and arm are raised together. The suspension is damped with high-viscosity silicone oil to absorb harmful vibrations more smoothly.
The tone arm uses a high-sensitivity S-shaped arm made of light alloy pipe developed with the theme of bringing out the capabilities of high-quality cartridges. This arm can hold cartridges with a weight of 4g to 15g and is equipped with a needle pressure mechanism with a 0.5g step scale and an inside for scan cellar.
The initial motion sensitivity is less than 10 mg.
Equipped with 2 head shells made of aluminum die cast with tapered ribs.
