Commentary

DSP AV amplifier for Dolby Digital (AC-3).

Equipped with 3 sound field processing DSP program corresponding to Dolby Surround AC-3.
The Dolby Digital (AC-3) uses digital encoding to enable 5.1 channels of discrete recording, improving channel separation and sound quality.
Yamaha has developed a three sound field processing DSP program for the Dolby Digital, which performs sound field processing independent of the surround channels of SL/SR. It is installed in the DSP-A3090 as a Movie Theater program.

In addition to the Movie Theater program using newly developed three sound field processing DSPs for Dolby Digital, 16 Cinema DSP programs and Dolby Prologic & Dolby Digital programs for AV software such as mono and stereo, and 12 HiFi-DSP programs for audio software such as CD are installed.

In order to support various digital devices, it is equipped with one digital input coaxial with the optical Line 5 and one Rec out output optical system.
It also has a Dolby Digital RF input for the Dolby Digital (AC-3) LD player.

All power amplifiers are discrete components.

Equipped with a super woofer output corresponding to 0.1 ch output.
You can also mix the low-frequency components of each channel into the super-woofer output to eliminate the low-frequency shortage caused by small speakers.

It has an easy operating design that automatically determines whether the input source is a stereo source or a Dolby Digital (AC-3) source.

A learning remote controller is included.
