Commentary
An FM/AM tuner that integrates traditional technologies to achieve a good balance between reception and audio performance.
The main circuits of the JT-V41 are integrated into three high-integration ICs, including an IF amplifier, a multi-stage limiter circuit, an IC for FM quadrature detection, a PLL / MPX IC for FM demodulation, and an IC for AM.
In addition, in order to suppress the deviation and drift of the scale that is conspicuous with a long dial, the front end is adopted in which the temperature setting is pursued severely. By sufficiently considering matching with the IC circuit and peripheral parts, stable reception performance resistant to intermodulation and intermodulation is obtained.
The filter element of the IF stage employs a 4-resonator type ceramic filter to improve transmission characteristics while obtaining the required selectivity with only one stage.
Precision bearings for tape decks are used for the shaft of the tuning mechanism, and tuning accuracy is improved by combining flywheels with large inertial mass and Kevlar rope with about 400 polyamide fibers as core wires.
It uses a 2-meter system and is equipped with an FM 0 center meter and a linear display signal meter.
It is possible to remove the decorative screw and attach an optional handle.
