QL-A75
Commentary

A record player that uses an arm pipe exchange system.

The tone arm part uses a pipe replacement system with a robust screw fastening connector.
The QL-A75 is equipped with a high-rigidity lowmass tapered straight pipe that has been carefully treated for vibration isolation and an S-shaped universal pipe (with a non-resonance seeking locking lock head connector). By changing the combination of the attached sub-weight and the separately sold large weight for heavyweight cartridges, it is possible to pursue optimum matching for a wide range of cartridges. In addition, the QL-A95 type special high-rigidity material straight pipe PH - 200 can also be used.
The rotary bearing adopts Victor's unique new gimbal support system with high sensitivity and stability.

A dynamic Q-dump mechanism is built into the counterweight to suppress the resonance of the arm which causes harmful intermodulation distortion and colorization.
In addition, in order to suppress cross-modulation distortion caused by the difference in vibration mode between the turntable base and the tone arm base, we have adopted a docking plate that rigidly connects both of them at the shortest distance.

A newly developed coreless DC servo motor has been adopted for the motor to eliminate the vibration caused by cocking peculiar to DC motors and to secure a high torque of 1.8kg-cm.
The turntable has a weight of 2.35 kg including the mat and an inertial mass of 350kg-cm.2A thick shaft with a diameter of 10 mm is used for the shaft. This turntable increases vibration resistance with an elastic ring.
The rotation control employs a double-servo quartz lock system that improves the stability of the quartz lock to 30 times that of the conventional one. In addition, it is equipped with a quick-stop mechanism that uses an electronic brake with ± two way servo.

The cabinet adopts a solid material laminated structure with non-resonance and non-vibration technology, and the exterior is mirror finished.
In addition, a low center of gravity type is adopted for the insulator, and the stability of the cabinet is improved by raising the fulcrum position as much as possible. This improves howling resistance and reduces needle skipping caused by floor vibration.

Equipped with an automatic stop up mechanism with non-contact speed detection method, the arm automatically lifts when the needle tip enters the inner lead groove of the record and stops the rotation of the turntable. By adopting a non-contact type, the load on the needle tip and adverse effect on sound quality are prevented.
