Commentary

Cassette deck equipped with SA head.

An SA (Sen-alloy) head is used for the recording / reproducing head.
Sen-alloy has features such as high maximum magnetic flux density, low Barkhausen noise, high Curie point and stable temperature characteristics, and little degradation of material properties. However, when used in block cores, head loss such as eddy current loss is large, so high-frequency characteristics tend to deteriorate, and it is too rigid for permalloy laminate.
The SA head has a composite structure in which a Sen-Alloy chip is bonded at high temperature to the tape sliding surface of a Permalloy laminated laminate core to realize a Sen-Alloy head, enabling excellent regeneration.

Double-gap ferrite head is used for the erasing head.

A new mechanism using large flywheels realizes low wow and flutter.

Equipped with a 5-point peak indicator.

A gear oil dump cassette door is adopted.

Automatic input switching automatic input switching method that takes advantage of each terminal characteristic of Mic, Din, and Line.

Equipped with ANRS, an original noise reduction system.

Equipped with timer standby mechanism, recording of absence and alarm clock playback are possible by combining with an optional timer.

There was a BTS rack handle sold separately.
