Commentary
A direct drive player utilizing the 77 series technology.
An 8-pole 24-slot DC servo direct drive motor is used as the drive motor.
In addition, the same aluminum die-cast turntable as the JL-T77 type is used for the turntable, and the dynamic balance is accurately adjusted one by one. The rubber covering is also common.
The tone arm uses the TH method to improve tracing capability by lowering the center of gravity of the moving part.
This tone arm has a non-resonance design with anti-vibration material in the bearing and pipe, and is equipped with an anti-skating mechanism with a 0.5g click, a lifter point for accurate lifter operation, a rubber ring-wound shell locking nut, and a counterweight.
The head shell uses a 2-step process of drawing and impact press.
The cabinet has a laminated structure conforming to 77 series standards. High-density beech wood is laminated in 41 layers to a thickness of 60 mm, and only the necessary parts are hollowed out to reduce vibration.
In addition, this cabinet has been modified with an adhesive that finally achieves a high vibration absorption rate of more than 100 times that of zinc die-cast.
A 7 mm thick aluminum alloy board is used for the pickup board, and the arm is firmly fixed to improve the anti-vibration effect.
Equipped with a thick acrylic dust cover that can be attached and detached with free hinges.
