Commentary
Twin Quick Reverse Cassette Deck with twin DD motor configuration.
The basic performance of the deck has been improved in a well-balanced manner in order to suppress the deterioration of sound quality during editing. In particular, a highly reliable pulse servo direct drive motor has been adopted for the first time in the twin deck for the mechanism motor of the deck heart, which affects sound quality.
The Pulse Servo DD motor has a brushless structure, low bearing loss, low motor rotation speed and high structural reliability, and can be used stably for a long period.
By improving the performance against load fluctuation, stable running from the beginning to the end of tape winding is realized. As a double deck, speed change during tape dubbing is suppressed and sound stability is improved.
In addition, a special material (polyacetal resin) is used for the mechanical chassis, and vibration is suppressed by greatly improving vibration control characteristics.
Fine Axis and Quick Reverse are used for the head.
In this system, the read / write head and erase head are rotated together to achieve uniform travel in both forward and reverse directions.
Equipped with bias calibration function, bias can be adjusted according to tape characteristics.
