Commentary
Stereo cassette deck with full functions such as ANRS.
Equipped with ANRS (Automatic Noise Reduction System) as an automatic noise reduction device.
In this method, hissing is also reduced by increasing the recording level at a constant rate when recording at a low volume, which is easily heard by the tape-hiss. During playback, only the raised level portion of the recording is restored.
In addition, in order to maintain compatibility with other noise reduction methods, the recording and playback characteristics curve is adjusted to other formats, and it is effective even for Dolby tapes.
In order to show the characteristics of normal tape and chrome tape, it is equipped with a tape selector. For chrome tape, bias current and equalizer circuit are switched simultaneously.
The recording and re-head uses a Super Chronios head with a narrow gap made of ferrite material.
Features are improved by applying precision processing to each part of the mechanism such as adoption of capstan made by Schmerg Germany for the drive part and improvement of roundness.
Equipped with photoelectric auto-eject mechanism by Cbs.
It also features a manual eject that works immediately from any mode.
In consideration of maintenance such as head cleaning, a removable Head cover and holder are adopted.
Equipped with 2-step switching function of headphone output.
