Commentary
Pre-main amplifier with super A bias circuit.
The A-X3 uses Victor's unique Super A circuit, and while it operates in A-class operation, it achieves power efficiency and high power comparable to B-class operation. In addition, the A-X3 achieves high reliability by integrating the Super A bias circuit into an IC.
The signal circuit has a simple structure with only two stages, an equalizer amplifier and a DC power amplifier.
A direct power supply system has been adopted for the power supply section. The rectifier circuit is divided into the voltage amplifier stage and the power amplifier stage and is directly connected to each circuit. A newly developed high-density capacitor has been adopted for the capacitor to reduce the power source impedance over a wide range.
Equipped with a continuous loudness volume, you can freely change the amount of compensation according to the music and system conditions.
It is equipped with an equalizer subsonic filter to cut out the ultra-low frequency noise when playing back records.
Equipped with a 2-system speaker selector and a 2-system tape circuit capable of dubbing.
Equipped with a tone defeat switch.
