Commentary

An FM/AM tuner that employs an active sensor system in which a bright arrow informs the dial tuning point.

It uses an active sensor with three LEDs for easy tuning.
When the FM station is not being received, the three LEDs remain lit. When receiving, the dial is turned according to the yellow arrows at both ends. When the arrow disappears and only the red LED in the center continues to light sharply, that is the perfect tuning point.

A ceramic filter with excellent group delay characteristics is used three times in the IF stage, and the amplifier circuit is composed of five differential stages to obtain high selectivity and low distortion.

The front-end RF stage employs a dual-gate junction FET with excellent high-frequency characteristics to obtain excellent IM interference removal capability.

It uses quadrature detection and PLL / MPX demodulation circuits.

Uses a precision finished die-cast cabinet that cuts off the internal circuit from interfering signals.

A 3-terminal regulator is installed in the constant voltage circuit.
