FM/AM tuner paired with Integrated DC Amp 75A.

In the front-end section, the influence of Radio noises is reduced by two stage amplification using two dual-gate junction FETs with excellent high-frequency characteristics, and by inserting a frequency-straight-line FM-4 series variable capacitor into the RF-stage.

Three ceramic filters with excellent group delay characteristics are used for the selection elements of the IF stage.

The MPX section employs an MPX demodulation circuit using a PLL-IC, which cuts 19 kHz pilot signal and 38 kHz subcarrier to -60dB, providing broadband and low-waviness characteristics.
Moreover, flat characteristics are obtained by using a low-pass filter in the latter stage of the MPX circuit with basic consideration of the Cebi Czech type.
