Commentary
The FM/AM tuner combines the latest tuner technologies such as active servo lock and LED indicator.
The active servo lock system has a structure in which the entire circuit including the detection stage and the IF stage is compensated by the servo circuit, not only the local oscillator but also the whole circuit including the detection stage and the IF stage is compensated by the servo circuit. Thus, even if the transmission frequency deviates or the tuning frequency of the IF stage or the detection stage fluctuates, the system automatically follows and achieves accurate tuning.
The FM front-end realizes high sensitivity by using a junction type FET and a high-precision FM3 series varicon in the RF stage.
We have also achieved a substantial circuit configuration, such as 5-stage differential amplification with two ceramic filters in the IF stage, and PLL IC in the MPX demodulation circuit.
The LED indicator is used in the signal & tuning meter, and the LED informs the tuning point instead of the conventional needle.
