Commentary
This is a stereo set with enhanced musical performance by using a cellular horn in the middle range.
Receiver section
In addition to the ITL-OTL circuit, the amplifier section is an OCL circuit without the output capacitor, which realizes direct connection between the amplifier and the speaker, and improves low-frequency distortion, frequency characteristics and damping characteristics.
A full-scale IC is used for the equalizer circuit of the preamplifier section to realize a circuit resistant to noise.
As a control function, it is equipped with circuits such as loudness control and high filter.
The preamp section and main amplifier section can be used independently.
A 4-pole MOS type FET is used for the FM tuner section, and excellent sensitivity and selectivity are ensured by using a 4-stage IF circuit.
Switching system is adopted for FM multi-circuit.
Equipped with FM-AM tuning meter.
Player part
The tone arm uses a pipe arm with an inside four scan seller.
The cartridge is a semiconductor cartridge.
Speaker part
3-way configuration.
Equipped with a multi-sellerhorn type squaker in the mid-range, the mid-range playback capability is enhanced.
It has a 20 cm cone woofer in the low range and a 6.5 cm cone tweeter in the high range.
The enclosure is hermetically sealed.
Other
There was an interior box as an option sold separately in SC-800. This interior box was also sold as SC-800 Deluxe as a set.
The interior box can be used as a record shelf or tape deck storage rack.
It can be developed into a multi-amplifier system by adding a multi-channel divider (sold separately).
