Commentary
A modular stereo with the same performance as a large high-end model.
Player part
The semiconductor cartridge is driven by a unique vertical drive system and has acquired excellent characteristics.
The semiconductor cartridge uses a precision photo-etched semiconductor element with a mass of less than 0.5g, which reduces the weight of the vibration system of the pickup. In addition, there is no electrical induction and there are no design problems associated with it. Moreover, since the output voltage is proportional to the vibration amplitude, it is easy to equalize the recording characteristics.
In the vertical drive system, the vibration is orthogonal to the element and there is no element twist. Therefore, there is no deterioration of separation caused by twist, no distortion due to complicated vibration form, and no deterioration of tracking performance against the sound groove of needle tip.
It uses an electronic return method to realize stable return operation.
This method does not use the rotational force of the turntable for the return mechanism, so there is no lateral pressure at the needle tip that deteriorates the playback sound and causes the needle to jump.
A 30 cm aluminum die-cast turntable is used for the turntable part.
The drive section is a belt drive system using a 4-pole synchronous motor.
Receiver section
All solid state design is used for the amplifier and OTL system is used for the circuit.
MFB circuit is adopted.
The FM tuner is equipped with an automatic mon-to-stereo switching mechanism and a stereo eye for confirming stereo reception.
Equipped with functions such as a tuning meter, high filter, and damping selector.
Speaker part
A 3-way configuration is used for the speaker section.
It has a 20 cm cone woofer for the low range, a 16 cm horn squaker for the middle range, and a 5 cm horn tweeter for the high range.
The enclosure is hermetically sealed.
