Commentary
This LP jacket-sized thin speaker system uses a honeycomb flat unit.
The unit contains a coaxial honeycomb planar unit with a 25 cm passive radiator.
This unit has a coaxial two way structure with a built-in tweeter in the voice coil of the woofer, and a mechanical three way structure with a ring-shaped passive radiator on the outer circumference of the woofer.
The woofer section employs an axisymmetric honeycomb planar vibration plate unique to Technics and is nodal driven by a φ 100 large diameter voice coil. The tweeter section employs a honeycomb planar vibration plate made of mica skin material.
It is a magnetic resistant design.
Thermal relay protection circuit is mounted in the network part.
The cabinet is made of zinc die-cast with excellent antimagnetic properties.
Comes with reversible color cord, desk stand and wall mounting bracket.
