Commentary

This speaker system uses a peakless mica diaphragm.

A 18 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
A composite mica diaphragm made of a mixture of pulp and aramid fiber is used for the diaphragm. In addition, a new technology based on simulation analysis is used. Butyl rubber with high internal loss is used for the edge material at the outermost periphery of the diaphragm where primary resonance occurs. In addition, physical properties are effectively utilized by making the bonded part thicker. In addition, secondary resonance is dispersed by partially providing a low-density part in the middle part of the diaphragm.
By using Kynol fiber in the damper suspension, linearity is improved and compliance with time is also reduced.

A 2.5 cm dome type tweeter is installed in the high range.
The diaphragm is made of pure mica, a sandwiched layer of micas with different internal losses, and has an over Le Dome shape to achieve a high limit frequency of 45 kHz.

LC-OFC (linear crystalline oxygen-free copper) wiring materials and acoustic electrolytic capacitors are used in the network section.

The baffle plate is made of a round shape semi-rigid fiberboard 30 mm thick, and a separate baffle structure with slits on the top and bottom of the woofer is adopted in order to suppress the generation of incidental sound in the enclosure. In addition, an anti-vibration treated Aerostream Bass reflex port is adopted on the back.
The exterior is made of Saperi with polyurethane and coating to ensure a natural sound.

Uses large gold-plated terminals that can be connected to extremely thick cords and banana plugs.

There was a special speaker stand sold separately.
The contact points between the stand and the enclosure are equipped with five spacers, each of which consists of a 2-mm-thick cork and a 1-mm-thick non-resilient rubber, to minimize unwanted noise.
