Commentary
This speaker system is designed with an emphasis on listening as well as theory.
A 20 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
This unit is designed to show excellent low-frequency characteristics when installed in a small cabinet. By using a newly developed roll edge made of special cloth for the edge part, it is strong even in large amplitude and has low fo and good low-frequency reproduction with good damping characteristics.
The EAS-8PH38, which is an 8 cm cone type tweeter, is mounted in the high range.
This unit conforms to the broadcasting standards and is used after confirming the characteristics and operation of each unit, so there is no variation among individual units.
The enclosure is a closed bookshelf type.
Unlike conventional closed-type enclosures, the use of screws is minimized and a special integrated structure improves the degree of sealing. Each unit is also sealed with putty after being attached to a baffle plate to prevent air leakage.
The front net is removable.
It seems that there were the early model and the late model with slightly different logo positions.
