Commentary
Two way speaker system using titanium diaphragm.
A 20 cm high compliance type unit is used for the low band.
The voice coil uses 4-layer winding of lightweight aluminum wire to improve distortion and efficiency.
The edge uses a convex roll high compliance type that uses soft urethane foam for excellent linearity.
A 2.5 cm dome unit with ultra-thin 20 μ m titanium foil, 30% lighter than aluminum, is used for the high frequency band.
Excellent transient characteristics are obtained by the lightweight diaphragm.
Titanium foil is also used on the edge to improve the frequency characteristics.
Equipped with a continuously variable attenuator.
