Commentary
DAT deck with Mash 1-bit DAC.
The A/D converter and D/A converter use the Mash 1-bit method which does not generate 0 cross distortion in principle.
At the time of recording, a Mash 1-bit ADC with independent configuration on the left and right sides performs digital conversion.
The mechanical chassis is made of aluminum die-cast, and the rotary head cylinder is made of スリーブド shaft bearing (SSB) to reduce vibration and mechanical noise.
The head cylinder and capstan are driven by the DD method to improve driving stability.
In addition, quick access is possible by 400 x speed search which winds up the 120 minute tape in about 27 seconds, and 1/2 to 15 x variable speed shuttle search by software servo control.
Four large insulators are used to prevent vibration. A composite metal chassis and TNRC base is used at the bottom. In addition, a viscoelastic insulator is used to float the deck mechanism from the chassis. This reduces vibration not only from the outside but also from the internal mechanism and transformer.
Furthermore, in order to reduce resonance of the housing itself, the top plate is fixed with rubber vibration isolator of 2 mm thickness and the side is fixed with side wood.
Class AA system is used for line output circuit and headphone circuit.
A oxygen-free copper is used for the winding of the power transformer, and the windings of the audio part, digital / mechanism drive part and display part are separated in order to suppress mutual interference.
Parts such as carbon coated resistors and electrolytic capacitors are carefully selected through trial listening.
You can freely set or erase the beginning and automatic jump positions of recorded tapes.
Equipped with an end search that quickly searches for the last recorded end of the tape and stops.
Equipped with the auto program number function, the music number can be automatically set to the place where the sound starts to appear after recording starts or after a silent part lasts for more than 2 seconds.
Built-in Music Scan and Digital Fade In / Out functions.
Equipped with multi-mode tape counter.
Wireless remote control is included.
