Commentary

Quartz D. D. full auto player with electronic drive tone arm.

Equipped with an electronically driven tone arm that was developed based on the traditional Technics player technology, it realizes the arm ability to demonstrate the performance of the cartridge while eliminating troublesome operations.

The electronically driven tone arm is equipped with a unique D. D. arm control motor with a single vertical and horizontal drive motor. It is designed so that the load of the drive motor is not applied to the arm part during performance. This realizes a highly sensitive arm that is the same as conventional arms even though it is a motor-driven full auto arm.
In addition, it is equipped with an inside force canceler function utilizing a motor drive, and in addition, the arm bearing adopts a high-sensitivity gimbal suspension with a traditional 4-point support structure with an initial motion sensitivity of 7 mg.

Equipped with an electronically controlled full-auto mechanism, it starts playing just by placing a record and pressing the start button.
It automatically detects the presence or absence of a record, the size of the record, and the number of revolutions. When the performance ends, the turntable automatically stops and the arm returns to rest. The end of the record is detected by a non-contact type automatic mechanism using magnetic characteristics, so that no excessive force is applied to the arm.
In addition, when searching for a song in the middle of a record, queuing and moving the arm can all be done by pressing the front buttons. The arm base is equipped with an LED multi-display that clearly displays the operation status of these functions.

It is equipped with a search function that is convenient for searching for a song in the middle of a record or a part you want to listen to. Depending on how you press the search key, you can search at two speeds. If you release the search key, you will automatically queue down at that point.
Furthermore, if you want to play from the head of the record again, you can restart by pressing the start / stop key twice.
It is also equipped with a repeat function for repeated listening.

The drive section is equipped with an integrated D. D. motor.
An all-around detection F. G is used for rotation speed detection and quartz is used for reference signal generation to achieve excellent rotational performance.

The cartridge is equipped with a plug-in connector type MM cartridge.
In addition, a shell for conventional cartridges is included to support conventional cartridges.

The bottom base of the body is made of TNRC, a unique acoustic material with excellent vibration resistance and vibration isolation characteristics, and the cabinet is made of high-density compressed particle board with mirror finished wood grain.
