Commentary

A full-auto player system equipped with an original Q. L. S (quartz linear synthesizer).

The turntable is made of die-cast aluminum and weighs 2.5 kg.

The drive unit uses a brushless DC motor that follows the Technics SP 02, a driving unit for cutting machines.
As a result, it is possible to rotate at a constant speed of 1/4 revolution for 0.9 seconds, and at the same time, excellent negative variable characteristics are obtained.

The stopping mechanism uses a highly reliable purely electronic brake.

It adopts Technics's unique integrated structure D. D. in which the rotor magnet of the motor is integrated with the turntable. In addition, excellent rotational characteristics are obtained by installing quartz control which compensates rotational performance with excellent accuracy.
In addition, an extremely accurate all-around detection F. G. has been adopted for rotational speed detection.

A quartz linear synthesizer system is adopted, and the pitch can be freely controlled within a constant speed rotation range of ± 6% while maintaining excellent rotational by quartz control.
Also, if the reset button is pressed when the pitch is changed, the constant speed rotation can be instantly restored.

The tone arm uses a gimbal suspension system, and by using a 4-point support system consisting of precision polishing pivots and ball bearings for all four bearings in the horizontal and vertical systems, an excellent initial motion sensitivity of less than 7 mg in all directions is achieved.

The parts that make up the bearing of the tone arm are made of precision die-cast aluminum to improve accuracy and prevent aging degradation.

Equipped with a dynamic damping mechanism, the damping weight is divided by a spring, and the resonance of the pickup system is controlled by silicon oil and a damping cylinder, thus greatly reducing intermodulation distortion.

Equipped with an auto lift-up mechanism.

Two types of head shells are included, one for plug-in connector type cartridge and the other for conventional cartridge.

The cabinet is made of high-density compressed particle board with a mirror surface finish.
TNRC is used for the bearing support and bottom plate of the turntable to eliminate resonance and vibration.
