Commentary

This is a 1200 series record player that is also compatible with SP discs.

The mechanism uses a DD (direct drive) method for rotation. The rotating part of the motor is integrated with the turntable and the fixed part is integrated with the cabinet. The unique structure of the DD motor is adopted. In addition, since the accurate number of revolutions is detected all around by the all-around integration type FG, high-precision signal detection is possible, and high rotational accuracy and high starting torque are realized.
In addition, a purely electronic brake is used for the stop mechanism, so that the brake is applied quickly and released as soon as the car stops.

Quartz synthesizer system is adopted, and combined with DD motor and all-around detection FG with high signal detection accuracy realizes accurate rotation.
The continuously variable pitch control is also equipped with a quartz lock so that it can be used at the desired pitch by fine-tuning. The center click is omitted for this pitch control slider for smooth operation.

A three layer cabinet has been adopted as a vibration isolation measure against the direct sound pressure of the speakers and external vibration. Vibration is reduced by using high-rigidity aluminum die-cast on the upper part, integrally molded TNRC (Technics Non-Resonance Compound) inside, and special heavyweight rubber on the lower part. In addition, vibration resistance is improved by attaching Deadening Rubber on the back of the turntable.
A large insulator with double springs reduces the influence of external vibration.

The tone arm uses precision die-cast aluminum to reduce the effect of external vibration.
In addition, by adopting a gimbal suspension in the bearing structure and clarifying the center of rotation at the point where the vertical rotation axis and the horizontal rotation axis intersect, the same excellent initial motion sensitivity is obtained in all directions.

Equipped with arm height adjustment mechanism with lock mechanism, vertical tracking error can be reduced.

It supports 3 speeds of 33 1/3, 45 and 78 rpm, and it is also possible to play SP discs.

OFC wire is used as wiring material from the cartridge output to the amplifier input.

Equipped with a pop-up stylus illumination, it can illuminate the needle tip even in a dark room.

The pin cord is detachable.
