Commentary

Functional double deck considering cost performance.

Series playback (front → back of Deck A → front → back of Deck B, or vice versa), continuous front → back playback, synchro-rec mute, double-speed editing function, synchro-start, etc. are possible by microcomputer control.

It employs an audio IC with a new circuit bias cancellation method, and by making the bias current at the first stage of the reproduction amplifier almost 0, it suppresses the click and transient shift of the operating point that occur at the time of input switching.

Uses a high hardness permalloy head.

Equipped with 2 nr of Dolby B and C.

Digital peak level display of -18dB to + 12 db is possible.

Adopts a soft touch mechanism by microcomputer.
