Commentary
A two motor stereo cassette deck with computer logic circuits.
The computer controls the tape-drive mechanism, allowing direct switching from ff or rew to play, and the mechanism is designed to avoid accidental operation.
The mechanism section uses a 2-motor system, with an electronically controlled DC motor for the capstan and a DC motor for the reel.
Equipped with a 3-position automatic tape selector, it detects the tape type detection hole on the back side of the cassette half and automatically sets the tape position, which is indicated by an indicator on the front panel.
Equipped with a large twin level meter with back light.
Equipped with computer-controlled timer play & rec function.
Equipped with Dolby NR circuit with MPX filter out switch.
Equipped with Rec Mute, Auto Stop and Rec Pause functions.
Uses a soft eject mechanism.
