Commentary
A two motor cassette deck equipped with dbx as a noise reduction system.
For recording digital sources such as CDs, it is equipped with dbx, which has a noise reduction effect of 30 dB or more.
In addition, it is designed for 3 nr with Dolby B and CNR.
A 3-head system is used for the head part, and an AX amorphous head with an amorphous alloy is used for the recording / reproducing head in a combination type, resulting in excellent high-frequency characteristics and high MOL.
In addition, taking advantage of the combination type, the composition distribution of the amorphous alloy is changed for recording and reproduction to realize appropriate characteristics.
The drive system uses a two motor system that realizes stable tape travel and a full logic control system that is totally controlled by a computer for the operation of the mechanism. This realizes light operability and highly accurate and reliable operation.
The display is equipped with a wide-range FL meter.
It is equipped with a single-track repeat function that enables repeated playback up to 16 times, and a 20-track skip selection function that enables quick cue of a song.
Equipped with a 4-way digital counter that displays the remaining tape time, rec-mute elapsed time, 20-song skip selection instruction and 3-digit tape count.
Equipped with a bias adjustment function, recording of superior sound quality is possible.
Equipped with an auto monitor function that automatically switches between source for recording and tape for playback.
