We developed and adopted three types of large-scale three types of large-scale LSIs for sound recording and leg-control.
The digital signal processing circuit employs large-scale LSIs (MN6601 and MN6602) that make full use of Technics' semiconductor technology.
The MN6601 is a digital recording LSI that integrates approximately 10,000 elements in a chip size of 6.08x5.58 mm. It adds error detection and correction codes to A/D-converted digital data and sends it out as video data.
In addition, the MN6602 with a chip size of 6.46x6.18 mm is an LSI for digital reproduction in which approximately 15000 elements are integrated. It performs digital signal decoding and error correction and supplies serial data to the D/A converter.
The SV-100 has newly developed and adopted a composite A/D and D/A converter and an LSI for recording and playback control.
14-bit compound A/D and D/A converter MA6196 is used for both A/D conversion and D/A conversion, and MN6603 is used for recording / playback control LSI to improve performance and reliability.
Continuous recording volume is used for the operation part.
Equipped with a 2-color FL level indicator with a display range of -50dB to + 6 dB for accurate recording level setting.
Equipped with indicators that show the tracking status and battery status of the VTR.
It is equipped with My Kujac interlocking line / microphone input switching.
The digital copy out connector is mounted on the rear panel.
Equipped with a playback mode changeover switch.
Uses three power sources : AC (for indoor use), battery pack (for outdoor use), and car battery (for in-car use).
When used with a home AC power supply, the attached AC power unit with a battery charging function is used. This AC power unit is equipped with a video / audio switching function so that one VTR can be used (for video / digital audio) with a single switch.
In addition, it can be used continuously for one hour by using the battery pack sold separately for outdoor use, and car battery cord sold separately is necessary for the power supply for in-car use.
