Commentary
A monaural universal frequency equalizer.
The frequency range from 10 Hz to 32 kHz is divided into 12, and the level of each center frequency can be continuously varied within ± 12 dB. Each band consists of a CR-only active filter.
Newly developed CR active filter is used as filter.
The SH-9090 uses analog computer technology and a double-integral bandpass filter from Shinkai.
Each center frequency of the 12 bands can be continuously changed by ± 1 octave from the reference value.
Q (Bandwidth), which represents the sharpness of the resonance peak, can be continuously changed between 0.7 and 7.
Equipped with a master level controller that can adjust the input gain.
Equipped with an equalizer in-out switch.
