Commentary

Pre-main amplifier using newly developed EDD (extended direct drive) and class AA system.

Newly developed EDD is adopted.
In this method, a variable gain amplifier that can vary the voltage amplification gain from - ∞ to + 30 dB is directly connected to a 0 dB power amplifier that has a voltage amplification gain of 0. This reduces the noise level as the volume decreases, improving the signal-to-noise ratio in actual use.

Panasonic / Technics Class AA system has been adopted.
In this system, voltage amplification and current drive are performed by separate amplifiers, so that stable transmission and amplification can be achieved with robustness against fluctuations in signal level and load impedance.

The power supply section is equipped with a large-capacity transformer with OFC winding and X-Pro twin capacitors on both sides that suppress vibration and magnetic radiation.

It uses a chassis based on vibration analysis and an OFC power cord.

Phono inputs correspond to MM and MC.

Equipped with a cannon type balance input.
