Commentary
A control amplifier using a battery drive system.
A Ni-Cd battery is used for the power supply for the audio circuit, which greatly reduces the noise of the power supply circuit.
This battery is designed to switch to normal power supply automatically when discharged and to charge mode. It is a special type of AA x8 batteries in series that can be replaced from the front.
A high-quality electrolytic capacitor using a bamboo fiber mixed separator is used for the power capacitor.
In this condenser, bamboo fiber is mixed with the separator which influences electrical and mechanical characteristics, and the equivalent series resistance component is reduced.
The power transformer uses an R-core transformer with a circular core cross section to reduce slight leakage of magnetic flux from the transformer.
By applying silver palladium / gold clad to the contact point of the input switching relay, adverse effect on sound quality is eliminated.
The front panel uses a high-density hybrid material with excellent vibration control properties.
Equipped with a wired remote control terminal that can turn on / off the power of the SE-A1000mk2 power amplifier.
Two pre-output terminals are installed to support bi-amplifier drive.
Uses an OFC power cord with polarity indication.
Uses gold-plated input / output terminals.
OCC wire material is used for internal wiring.
It comes with a system remote control which can control Technics CD player, cassette deck and tuner.
