Commentary
LP jacket size FM/AM cassette receiver with both panel width and chassis depth of 31.5 cm.
The deck section has an original soft mechanism to improve operability, and also allows direct change from rew and ff to play.
It is equipped with an automatic music selection mechanism (TPS) that is convenient for starting the music. You can start the music automatically by pressing the ff or rew button while the tape is being played. Also, if you press the pause button at the same time, the tape is automatically set to play standby at the starting position.
It also has a one push recording function with the rec button.
The read / write head is equipped with a high-hardness permalloy head.
Equipped with Dolby noise reduction.
Equipped with 12-segment peak FL meter.
In addition, it is equipped with a 2-color tape level indicator that can also be used as a recording indicator. It lights red for recording and yellow green for other times.
The FM tuner section consists of three ICs : front end, detection stage, and MPX stage.
In addition, a double action tuning mechanism utilizing a planetary gear is adopted. Normally, the speed is 1 : 1 rotation with the flywheel, and the dial scale is searched at high speed. When the knob is pulled one step forward, the rotation ratio becomes 6 : 1, and fine adjustment is possible.
When the tuning point is reached, the tuning eye lights up to indicate the tuning point.
A monolithic power IC with excellent linearity is used for the complimentary service stage of the amplifier. The circuit configuration is a two stage differential amplifier with a first stage current mirror load and a semi-output SEPP for the last stage.
It uses a unique heat radiation design and takes into consideration the temperature rise when the player is placed on top.
In addition, an input control circuit using a thermal sensor is built in to protect the amplifier from abnormal temperature rise due to blockage of heat radiation part, etc.
It is equipped with a pure electronic protection circuit using relay to protect the amplifier from short circuit of the speaker terminal, etc. and the speaker from abnormal operation of the amplifier.
Built-in special mixing amplifier allows microphone mixing of each source.
Equipped with an all-push button input selector.
