An FM/AM stereo receiver with a built-in matrix 4-ch circuit that connects two tape decks and a microphone.
The main amplifier section uses a fully connected OCL circuit that uses a differential amplifier circuit at the first stage.
The equalizer stage employs a 2-stage direct connection configuration with low-noise PNP transistors, and bias current is also stabilized by applying DC NF.
The tone control circuit configuration uses the NF circuit of the main amplifier section. The feedback amount of the NF loop at the first stage of the main amplifier section is attenuated by frequency and controlled.
In this method, since the signal is manipulated after amplification, the distortion generated in the tone control circuit is minimized.
The front-end of the FM tuner section employs an FM3-row varicon and a 4-pole MOS FET to achieve stable high gain and high sensitivity. The IF amplifier stage consists of six stages using three differential stages, and three 2-element ceramic filters are used as selection elements to achieve 60 dB selectivity.
The MPX circuit uses a monolithic IC and a sealed coil unit to eliminate the influence of temperature and humidity.
The antenna is equipped with coaxial cable terminals and a highly reliable design that uses balloon for impedance conversion.
Two pairs of tape monitor circuits are installed, allowing simultaneous recording and dubbing of two devices.
