Commentary
An FM/AM tuner equipped with an active reception circuit to ensure excellent reception performance even in harsh reception environments.
It is equipped with an active reception circuit. When the reception frequency is changed such as tuning up / down or calling up a preset while the active reception key is held down, the microcomputer judges all radio wave conditions such as input sensitivity and adjacent interference, and automatically switches the IF band, RF attenuator and antenna A/B to maintain optimum reception quality.
Equipped with a 2-stage IF band switching function, it can receive low-distortion signals at the WIDE position when receiving normal broadcasting stations, and can receive better signals at the NARROW position when it is difficult to hear signals due to interference from distant or adjacent stations.
Equipped with an RF attenuator, if you turn on the RF ATT switch when the broadcast signal is too strong, RF modulation distortion and current modulation distortion can be suppressed.
Equipped with an antenna A/B switching function, it is possible to install two outdoor antennas according to the direction of the broadcasting station, or to switch between an outdoor antenna and an existing antenna such as a common antenna according to reception conditions.
Equipped with a 40-station name preset function, auto-preset memories (FM/AM), random access 40-station memories, etc.
AM stereo is supported.
