KT-1010
Commentary

FM/AM synthesizer tuner equipped with DLLD (direct linear loop detector).

It is equipped with newly developed wide-band linear detection DLLD (direct linear loop detector).
This consists of directly linearizing the 10.7 MHz IF signal and installing a distortion correction circuit in the closed loop to reduce non-linear distortion and distortion generated by the IF filter to 0.
Furthermore, in the KT 1010, a newly developed IF distortion correction circuit is installed in the circuit of the DLLD developed in the KT 770 to reduce the harmonic distortion generated in the IF filter and achieve higher quality.

The power supply section employs a two power supply system that uses dedicated power transformers for each of the two systems : 6.97 VA for the audio system and loop filter system, and 7.2 VA for logic systems such as PLL and display system. This eliminates mutual interference through the power supply.
In addition, interference of each part is suppressed by the pattern design arranged with signal line and power supply line.

A dual-gate MOS FET is used in the front-end RF amplifier and MIX section to greatly improve intermodulation characteristics.

The two stage switching of the IF band is adopted, and the WIDE position achieves a high selectivity of 45 dB while realizing a low distortion rate, which brings out the merits of FM.
In addition, the NARROW position exhibits a high selectivity of 90 dB and has excellent interference rejection capability.

It is equipped with a program mechanism and linked with a timer to record messages from two broadcasting stations.
For the program memory of KT 1010, if one station (CH-2 to CH-8) other than CH-1 is preset, the preset station is received when the power is turned on, and CH-1 is received when the power is turned on for the second time after the power is turned off.

In order to fully demonstrate the SN ratio improved by the DLLD even in a synthesizer tuner, a pulse swallow static control method is adopted in which the leather frequency is set to 25 kHz outside the audible band.
In addition, the SN ratio is improved by increasing the purity of the local oscillation signal.

A total of 16 preset memories (8 FM and 8 AM) are available.
If you want to listen to other stations, you can use auto-tuning to catch radio waves from 25 dBf stations.

It is equipped with an AM band variable circuit and supports pre-emphasis of AM stations by controlling the frequency characteristics.
