Commentary

A 400 series speaker system that supports multi-amp playback.

In the conventional design method of speaker systems, it is an orthodox method to raise the average sound pressure in the general mid-range by 2 to 5 dB. The shortage of the low-range has been compensated by the bass reflex effect. As a result, the sound quality was attractive when compared at the store, but sometimes it became audible when you brought it to your home for a long time.
The 400 Series is designed to provide rich and natural playback sound even if you listen to it for a long period of time by setting the average sound pressure to 3 to 4 dB lower than that of conventional orthodox speakers, in addition to making the low-frequency to high-frequency flat characteristics.
In addition, through a technical tie-up with bozak Co., Ltd., we have conducted repeated research on the materials and sound quality of bozak speaker corn paper. Based on the results of this research, we have adopted a speaker unit that uses a unique method and determined the degree of mixing and mass.

The SC 401 supports multi-amp playback by switching the rear terminal.
A channel divider is required for multi-amp playback because it is disconnected from the network and directly connected to the unit. For 6dB/oct and 18dB/oct, test the mid-range connection in both forward and reverse directions. For 12dB/oct, connect in opposite phases. In this case, set the crossover frequency to 800 Hz and 5 kHz.

A 30 cm cone woofer is installed in the low range and a 16 cm cone squaker is installed in the middle range.
A horn type tweeter is installed in the high-frequency range.

A full-scale LC-type network is used in the network section.
In addition, a 3-step switching type tone control is mounted.

Homogen material is used for the enclosure, and the internal structure adopts a sealing system, and the squaker part is contained in an independent small sealed box to suppress the interference strain with the woofer. The exterior features a walnut urethane finish.
The speaker enclosure is designed to be separated from the base, so that it can be installed vertically or horizontally, and can also be used as a bookshelf without the base.

By combining the 400 Series and the Matching SR Series cabinets, you can use them with the same dimensions as a stereo set.
