Commentary

This speaker system was developed in pursuit of "linear response" that simultaneously satisfies power linearity and flat frequency response.

A 33 cm cone woofer is installed in the low range.
A hot air pre-scone is used for the cone part, and instead of the mold used for press molding, a unique method of blowing hot air onto cone paper developed by TRIO is used.
As a result, loss and Young's modulus are intermediate between pre-scone and non-pre-scone, and rigidity is higher than both.

The 13 cm cone type skoker is mounted in the middle area.
In this unit, a center pole is installed in the part corresponding to the chamber to suppress the split vibration of the diaphragm and to make the rise and fall characteristics sharp, and the transient characteristics are improved by flattening the high-frequency characteristics.

A horn type tweeter is installed in the high frequency range.

In the Network Division, the remote independent arrangement of coils and drastic reform of wiring are carried out to reduce mutual interference.

The baffle section uses an acoustic shield baffle to improve the vibration of the woofer and high range (squaker / tweeter), and improves the orientation.
The enclosure uses a new acoustic homogen material that was developed based on the results of thorough measurements and listening tests.
