Commentary
This speaker system is based on flat frequency characteristics to achieve natural acoustic sound reproduction and pursue musical characteristics.
A 15 cm cone type woofer is installed in the low range.
The cone is a non-pre-cone that does not produce large peaks or dips in the divided vibration region, and is coated with damping material.
In addition, aluminum die-cast frame is adopted for the frame, and it is mounted firmly.
It is equipped with a 2.8 cm soft dome type tweeter in the high range. The low range playback limit fo is 450 Hz and the playable frequency range is 600 Hz to 30 kHz.
In order to reproduce a smooth high-frequency range that minimizes peaks and disturbances, we have developed a dome diameter of 2.8 cm, which is outside of the normal 2.5 cm standard. The diaphragm of this tweeter is made of polyester material coated with urethane, and is driven by a magnetic circuit filled with magnetic fluid.
In the enclosure, the woofer and tweeter are arranged close to each other to achieve a point sound.
In addition, MDF is used as the material. Especially, the front baffle is reinforced by a two layer structure of MDF with multiple coating and particleboard.
The internal volume design also optimizes the balance between the enclosure and the unit to improve the quality and quantity of the lower range.
The network section is a simple network, crossed over by a gentle curve of -6dB/oct.
It uses a gold-plated speaker terminal for banana terminal with low transmission loss.
