Commentary
The speaker system was developed to enable users to fully demonstrate their abilities in the listening room by thoroughly repeating the trial listening assuming the actual place where the speaker will be placed.
It uses a 30 cm free-edge woofer for the low range, a 16 cm and 12 cm cone mid-range for the middle range, and two horn type tweeters for the high range.
A multi-channel input terminal is mounted. A switch mounted on the rear baffle plate allows switching between full range and multi-channel.
When using a full-range terminal, the network is LC-type and designed for 12dB/oct. with independent attenuators for the mid-range and high-range signals.
The attenuator can be adjusted up to + 4 dB in 1 dB steps and -8dB in 2 dB steps.
The enclosure uses TRIO's unique high-density rigid homogen material and is finished with natural wood oil.
Also, the net on the front is removable.
