Commentary
Stereo cassette deck with 3-motor silent mechanism.
Uses 3-motor silent mechanism with less operating noise and unnecessary vibration.
Quick reverse from A-plane to B-plane supports long-time dubbing and air check. In addition, high-frequency characteristics have been improved by adopting a high-precision hard permalloy head for digital devices such as CDs.
The test signal level of 400 Hz and 10 kHz is changed in 16 stages and stored on the tape. It is equipped with auto-bias which detects the proper bias according to the output level of each.
There is also a bias preset that you don't need to reset when rerecording on the same type of tape.
Equipped with a power loading mechanism that can open / close the cassette door with one touch operation.
Open/Close is possible even in the standby state, and troubles caused by erroneous eject operation during recording can be prevented.
It is equipped with Kenwood's original tape path stabilizer.
In order to eliminate the effect of internal and external vibration, in addition to the plate spring method, compression coil spring and special elastic rubber are used. When the cassette holder is closed, it wraps the cassette half from both left and right sides to absorb the vibration.
It is equipped with a CCRS function that automatically detects the CD signal by connecting to a CD player with the Kenwood XS mark or a compatible LD player during CD dubbing, and automatically sets the recording level with the electric volume in accordance with the signal.
Equipped with an electric auto fader that allows you to fade in and fade out freely.
A-B repeat playback and timer REC/PLAY are available.
