Commentary
Analog disk player with unified aluminum die-cast frame and DL motor.
Uses a DL (Dynamic Center Lock) motor that locks the spindle to the absolute center axis of rotation by the action of an ultra-precision processed oil slit and fluid pressure.
This realizes smooth and stable high-rigidity rotation.
Uses a rotating mechanism based on a unified aluminum die cast frame.
Neither the vibration transmitted to the player case or dust cover by the sound pressure of the speaker nor the vibration from the floor is given to the needle tip, improving the muddy sound.
Since the distance between the support point of the unified aluminum die cast frame and the support point of the motor can always be kept constant, even minute changes in the sound groove can be picked up and sound with excellent linearity can be realized.
In order to improve the torque unevenness caused by the characteristic difference between the two Hall elements of the two phase motor and to obtain quick start and smooth rotation, we have developed our own drive circuit. Combined with the performances of our own DL motor system, we have achieved excellent wow and flutter.
Uses HS (High Stability) J-shaped arm for arm.
A φ 10 high-rigidity pipe arm is adopted. The bracket part uses a wide-span trapezoidal type made of aluminum die-cast with a large bearing span in order to prevent fluctuation due to deflection and torsion. The joint of the Plaquette and rotating part is strongly fixed by using two convex pins and screw 4-point stopper.
In addition, the specialized head shell section is made of highly rigid aluminum die-cast with the connector section also integrally molded.
An elastic body with special vibration damping characteristics is used to float the cabinet so that the vibration of the cabinet is not transmitted to the frame.
In addition, vibration from the floor is eliminated by the use of a large 3-stage stacked rubber insulator.
Cartridge is not included.
