Commentary
DAT deck realized low distortion rate by original ICSC circuit.
In order to maintain excellent rotational characteristics, direct drive motors have been adopted for the rotating drum, capstan, and reel motors, respectively, and together with the servo control system, stable tape travel has been achieved.
In order to reliably record digital data with a track width of only 13.6 μ m, a high-precision sputter dust head is used.
High-precision dual slope integration type 16-bit A/D converter is used.
In addition, high performance and high reliability are achieved by using a filter with excellent cut-off characteristics and configuring the A/D converter block with parts such as metal-coated resistors with an error of less than 1% and copper-styrene capacitors.
In addition, the A/D converter block is equipped with a unique ICSC (Integral Calculus Stabilized Current) circuit, which detects and feeds back very small changes in the integrated current generated by the constant current source to further enhance stability.
The D/A converter section is independent on the left and right sides, and a high-precision D/A converter IC made by the laser trimming method is adopted to improve the accuracy of the ladder network type D/A converter.
The current source and resistor are more accurate, and better frequency characteristics and resolution are obtained.
It has an optical digital output and a coaxial digital input / output terminal that uses a coaxial cable.
All input / output terminals of coaxial digital and analog are gold-plated.
High-speed lock system for reliable search is adopted.
Uses a highly rigid mechanical chassis with enhanced vibration resistance.
An AC line noise filter is used to prevent noise from the AC cord.
In addition, a multi-independent power source is adopted to completely eliminate interference from the power supply route.
It is equipped with functions such as direct selection by 10 keys, random memory, movable music skip, blank search, Oatley wind, timer play, etc.
3-mode time display is available.
It comes with a multi-functional wireless remote control with erase function and renumber function.
