Commentary
A CD player with a 24-bit Fine D. R. I. V. E. system.
By applying the technology and know-how obtained in the development of digital equipment, we have completed a DAC with 24-bit resolution and have integrated it into an IC.
In addition, we have completed a 24-bit Fine D. R. I. V. E. system by combining a D. R. I. V. E. processor with adaptive filter technology that extracts a small-level signal from a 16-bit CD format signal, which was previously discarded as digital noise, with a 20-bit resolution.
It uses a silent mechanism that decelerates before and after the tray is opened and closed to provide quiet operation sound and smooth movement. In addition, an interlocking shutter is provided to prevent sound pressure from entering the housing.
CDTEXT is supported and text information can be displayed on the display.
In order to suppress disk resonance, a unique sound pressure shielding structure is adopted.
The aluminum top mechanism that covers the mechanism with an aluminum case suppresses unnecessary servo current.
When recording a CD on a cassette tape, both sides A and B are equipped with an editing function to keep the last song from being interrupted, and an auto-space function.
The output level and headphone output level can be adjusted.
