Commentary
An MD recorder developed with Kenwood's original digital technology D. R. I. V. E., 20bitD/A, and A/D converter with the aim of faithful reproduction of minute signal regions.
It is equipped with the D. R. I. V. E. system, which is Kenwood's original digital processing technology.
Even low-level signals, whose waveforms were easily distorted during digital processing, are processed by the D. R. I. V. E. processor to achieve more faithful sound than the original music signal.
ATRACver4.5 (Adaptive Transform Acoustic Coding), a high-efficiency encoding technology, is used for audio compression. ATRACver4.5 has higher computing power than ATRAC, improved micro-level music reproducibility, and expanded dynamic range.
A sampling rate converter is installed to support various sampling frequencies.
This makes it possible to automatically convert 32 kHz and 48 kHz sources to 44.1 kHz for digital recording using the SCMS method.
It can also be combined with a CS/BS tuner or a DAT deck to enable direct digital-to-digital recording such as air check recording of satellite broadcasting or recording from DAT.
It is equipped with new functions such as Quick Erase, which enables you to easily divide and erase by simply specifying the part you want to delete in the same way as repeat A-B, and Quick Move, which changes the order of songs altogether.
It is also equipped with functions such as track move, track divide, combine, and erase.
By using the separately sold Cyber Tightler CT-G90, more speedy title input is possible.
In addition, the CyberTiller is equipped with a printing function so that the title label can be printed in the size that matches the MD case.
It is equipped with functions such as multi-jog dial for convenient title input and track skip, auto track number function for setting detection level and time, preview function for fine adjustment of edit point, edit cancel function, mono long-time recording support, etc.
A remote controller for title direct input is included.
