Commentary
AM/FM stereo receiver developed on the basis of experience and technology for solid state.
The main amplifier is an OTL circuit of SEPP. This circuit uses a mesa silicon transistor to improve various characteristics.
In addition, it is equipped with a unique protection circuit which recovers automatically.
The equalizer amplifier is a direct-coupled amplifier circuit that does not use CR for the coupling between the amplifier stages to improve the low-frequency characteristics.
It is equipped with functions such as low filter, high filter, tone control and loudness control.
The FM front-end uses FET to improve various characteristics such as image ratio, intermodulation and S/N ratio.
A 5-stage IF amplifier and a 4-stage limiter configuration are adopted, and the MPX section adopts a CCM switching method.
It is equipped with an automatic switching circuit between FM mono and stereo, and a muting switch to cut noise between stations.
