L-07MII
Commentary

A power amplifier designed to be placed on the side of a speaker system.

The circuit is very simple, the signal is fed from the input terminal to the output terminal via the shortest path, and the power supply is separated from the signal amplifier to minimize the influence on the signal system.
The voltage amplification stage uses a 3-stage differential front-stage direct-coupled ICL / OCL / DC amplifier using dual FET with less temperature drift. The CMRR (common mode rejection ratio) is large and DC stability is improved.
The current amplifier stage is a two stage Darlington triple push-pull circuit using EBT to ensure power at the minimum distortion rate.

The power supply section has a loose configuration using a large-capacity transformer and two 18000 μ F capacitors that are resistant to power supply fluctuations. The power stage with large current and large fluctuations is designed to avoid sharing with other circuits as much as possible.
Especially before the drive stage, all amplifiers are class A amplified, so a high-voltage stabilizing power supply is used separately from the power supply of the drive stage to suppress interference caused by power supply fluctuation of the drive stage.

Aluminum die-cast chimney type heat sink designed to efficiently radiate heat generated by power transistor into the atmosphere by convection effect.
There is almost no temperature rise during use, and the circuit operates stably even if it is used continuously.

The L-07MII uses a 1-meter speaker cord and is set close to the speaker. The AC power is supplied from a nearby outlet and the power ON / OFF can be controlled remotely with a control amplifier.
The remote control is designed to turn on current by short-circuiting a very small DC current of 1 mA.
You can also turn the power ON / OFF with the rear switch.

High-precision coating resistance with a special single metal is used for the signal system.
It has excellent characteristics of low distortion rate and low noise, and high stability.

Several types of electrolytic capacitors with different characteristics are used according to the location of use.
Especially, high-performance electrolytic capacitors with lower distortion factor than film capacitors are used for signal systems.

Uses a unique gold plated screw lock type pin jack. It covers the defect of the conventional pin jack that is easy to come off.

Comes with 1m improved speaker cord. Core wire is 0.23 φ, 7 stranded wire, each covered with foamed polyethylene to reduce capacity.
In addition, the + side and - side are made of seven twisted pairs, and inductance is greatly reduced over a wide band.

An EBT (Emitter Ballast Transistor) is used for the power transistor, and 300 low-power transistors with stabilizing resistors inserted into the emitter are integrated into one chip. Compared to conventional 150W-class power transistors, it realizes an extremely wide safe operating range and excellent high-frequency characteristics.
