Commentary
This high-speed power amplifier was completed with the theme of improving the transient response in the high-frequency range that matches the low-frequency characteristics improved by the DC amplifier.
The combination of a newly designed high-speed circuit and a newly developed high-speed element achieves broadband characteristics from DC to 600 khz.
