Commentary
A multi-AV center equipped with Dolby digital.
It uses a high-precision 24 bit operation DSP chip and supports Dolby Digital (AC-3).
Compared to Dolby Pro-Logic, which decodes 2 ch signals, Dolby Digital has 5.1 ch digital terms of sound quality, spatial spread, and dynamic range through ch digital signals including stereo surround sound.
The final transistor TRAITR developed by Kenwood is mounted on all five channels.
In TRAITR, the temperature detection and correction circuit is incorporated into the power transistor, and it was successfully integrated into a single chip. This realizes excellent dynamic characteristics.
It is equipped with a 5-mode DSP that can create the same atmosphere as that played in the listening room according to the music software. You can feel the spread of the sound by adding the presence of a theater, jazz club, stadium, etc. to the original signal.

In addition to basic operation of the main unit with the included remote control, on-screen display operation and operation of devices connected to the KR-V888D are also possible.
The built-in FM/AM stereo tuner allows you to preset up to 40 stations at random.
