Commentary
A stereo receiver equipped with a synthesizer type FM/AM tuner.
A voltage synthesizer is used in the tuner section, and the tuning point is firmly held by the automatic tuning correction function. A 3-stage varicap tuning circuit is mounted in the front end, and a PLL circuit is used in the MPX section.
In addition, a Local/DX changeover switch is mounted so that clear reception can be performed even in a strong electric field region.
A newly developed loop antenna is used for the AM antenna. Compared to conventional bar antennas, this antenna is more resistant to noise generated by fluorescent lamps and televisions, enabling better AM reception.
You can preset a total of 10 stations (5 FM stations and 5 AM stations) and call up the desired broadcasting station with one touch operation.
In addition, it is equipped with an auto-tuning mechanism. By simply pressing the Auto Tuning switch, the LED indicator automatically goes up / down, and the station is automatically found and tuned.
It is equipped with a memory backup mechanism by lithium battery, and once it is stored, you will not forget the preset frequency for about 10 years.
It is equipped with a last channel memory mechanism that stores the broadcasting station you were listening to before turning off the power switch.
The amplifier section uses a simple circuit consisting of an equalizer amplifier and a high-gain power amplifier. The power amplifier section has a DC configuration to improve overall characteristics.
It is equipped with a microphone mixing circuit, 2 pairs of tape monitor switches and LED power display.
By connecting to the program timer AT-500 (sold separately), you can program the listening schedule for one week of FM.
