Commentary
Pre-main amplifier using FET differential amplification ICL system.
The equalizer amplifier uses an ICL (input capacitor-less) method that eliminates the input capacitor, which is the cause of sound quality degradation. The FET differential amplification method is used in the first stage. This reduces phase deviation and distortion.
All stages are directly connected + pure complimentary service OCL circuit is adopted for the circuit system of the power amplifier section.
In particular, the output stage is equipped with a newly developed Power Darlington Block, an acoustic element composed of four transistors and a temperature compensation circuit. It uses a triple diffused 40W block at 35W with a margin to achieve a low distortion factor and a wide plate with high thermal radiation efficiency and improved stability.
Two 6,800 μ F large-capacity capacitors are used for the power supply.
In order to prevent shock noise when the power is turned ON/OFF, a delay start circuit is installed to delay the start of operation of the power amplifier until the preamplifier stabilizes DC.
Uses a volume knob with 41 contacts and a tone control knob with 11 contacts.
There was a Brazilian rose finish wood case sold separately.
