Inheriting the technology of P-1, CD transport was announced as a sister machine.

In order to accurately read the 緻細 pits of CDs, the VRDS mechanism is adopted with a large-diameter crimping tapered turntable.
A turntable with a delicate angle that is close to the disk is pressed with a clamper that is adjusted to a high precision. It corrects warpage and eccentricity, suppresses disturbance caused by air resistance during rotation, and eliminates unnecessary vibration. The turntable and the pickup with a precise angle adjustment always read the pit at the center of the optical axis.
In addition, accurate pit reading reduces servo current fluctuations and reading errors, minimizing noise generated by the vibration of the lens and drive unit during servo operation.
The mechanism adopts a unique structure in which the disk drive motor of the turntable integrated structure is fixed to the upper part of the strong aluminum die-cast chassis. The pickup is completely separated to eliminate vibration, and the rigidity and strength of the motor bearing and pickup base are greatly improved.
The turntable drive is also made of high-rigidity aluminum die-cast, and along with a brushless motor with excellent durability and stability, it realizes high vibration and resonance resistance.

The chassis is a double-structured chassis and has excellent vibration damping characteristics as a rigid structure firmly integrated with a thick aluminum front panel.
In addition, an insulator made of special alloy is adopted to eliminate external vibration and resonance.

The use of a thin disk tray narrows the opening and reduces the number of switches as much as possible, greatly reducing the open port area of the front panel and eliminating the influence of sound pressure and resonance.
The tray is made of highly rigid special material and features a velvet-like delicate touch Nextel finish to prevent disc damage.

ESC-OCC with low transmission loss is used for the internal wiring material, and transmission characteristics are improved by enlarging the material (oxygen-free copper) crystal and greatly reducing the grain boundary.
In addition, the analog and digital circuits are completely separated from the printed circuit board layout to eliminate mutual interference, and the layout is shortened to ensure simplicity and straightness.
