Commentary
A TV/FM tuner capable of receiving TV sound multiplex broadcasting and FM broadcasting.
The sound quality of TV audio has been improved by technologies such as split carrier system and direct matrix decoder.
Audio is automatically switched between mono, stereo and 2-language broadcasting.
In addition, a two stage AFT circuit is mounted.
In the FM section, sound quality is improved by MOS FET, varicap equivalent to 4 series, IF stage using uniphase filter, etc.
It also includes a 3-point LED tuning indicator, a 5-step LED signal indicator, and a muting circuit.
It is equipped with functions such as preset functions for 8 TV stations and 4 FM stations, and forced tuning by AFC.
